In the Name of God<\/strong><\/p>\n

The most beautiful moment in history is the fall of a dictator. The very moment that proves how lawful history is, and the hidden will ruling it will not bear with any tyrant or oppressor for long. Even though the divine will is of long-term patience and tolerance, \u201cif Allah were to immediately hold people for their injustices, there would not be a single creature left upon the earth, but [Allah] postpones them for an appointed term, and when their time arrives, they cannot delay it for a moment, nor can they advance it\u201d (An-Nahl, 61.) <\/span><\/p>\n

This lawfulness is solely by divine will; however, those suffering from the madness of power will never be able to realize such rules of lawfulness. Because they become deaf, blind and mute: \u201cDeaf, dumb, blind. Thus, they will not return\u201d [from the wrong path] (Al-Baqarah, 18.) <\/span><\/p>\n

On this occasion: I congratulate<\/span> the international community of humanitarians and all freedom-seekers, specifically the oppressed people of Syria, on the fall and overthrow of the Assad Family dictatorship<\/span> and I hope that from now on that nation will be able to govern its own destiny and not allow the rule of the hegemons and power-seekers and the re-emergence of other dictatorships.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that<\/span> the tyranny of the Assad family, that collapsed after about 54 years, began in 1971 following a coup d’\u00e9tat and the declaration of Hafez al-Assad’s lifelong presidency who took over the reins of the dictatorship in Syria until his death in 2000 and the accession of Bashar al-Assad to the hereditary presidency, and it continued until a few days ago when eventually this family was overthrown conforming to the divine law of history: \u201c… For every nation there is an appointed time. Then, when their time has arrived, they will not delay it by an hour, nor will they advance it\u201d (Yunus, 49.)<\/span><\/p>\n

At this point, the nations, especially the honorable nation of Iran, must consider the fact that all statesmen who desire to control the political affairs of the people for more than a period of four years and a maximum of two terms, that is a total of eight years, are definitely power-mad and certainly have no other plan and intention than tyranny and disregard for the rights of people.<\/p>\n

In addition: We recognize the International Day of Commemoration and Dignity of the Victims of the Crime of Genocide and Prevention of this Crime,<\/span> and we condemn the heinous acts of any aggression that results in victimization under any pretext, including genocide. History has shown that the planners and executors of such disastrous actions are merely seeking power, and their insane thoughts pursue no other goal than securing interests and domination. The experience has also proven that all such autocrats have fallen in the most disgraceful manner and have been thrown into the landfill of history.<\/p>\n

Also: We commemorate the International Anti-Corruption Day<\/span> as [corruption] brings about all-round depravity and regression for humanity, endangers human dignity and honor, and undermines their value and importance as the unique and unparallelled beings in the vast cosmos, and we condemn any corruption, specifically any political and governmental corruption that wastes a great portion of human, spiritual, and social potentialities, and causes the destruction of many aspirations and hopes of the diversity of people.<\/p>\n

I would like to use this opportunity on Human Rights Day<\/span> to congratulate the global community and all those who support the attainment of inalienable human rights, human equality and … on the achievement of such significant and important human development.<\/p>\n

In this regard, human beings, in their social and political evolution over thousands of years, have now reached a stage where “human rights” are considered the minimum basis for the constitution of a progressive country, and a country that does not address this matter in some way and does not put it in practice is considered barbaric and backward. In other words, the farther away a country’s constitution from the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the higher the degree of barbarity and dictatorship in that political structure, and the desire for governance, power mongering, and oppressive domination over the nation is more evident in that system.<\/p>\n

In this matter, we hope for a day not too far away when Article 1 of the constitution of all world countries will recognize the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as the basis and foundation of the constitution and other current laws of the country, and under its protection all members of the nation, regardless of ethnicity, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, etc., can enjoy the minimum requirements for a carefree life.<\/p>\n
