Naturally, it is necessary to hold a referendum and public vote to choose a new way to govern the country, and there must be a supervisory board to oversee the conduct of elections and their proper procedures. Based on previous experience, if this council, interim government or… has any kind of bias towards a system, during the activity of the Transitional Council or… it can easily manipulate the stage and appoint their own agents to sensitive positions, and by promising sensitive jobs and commercial areas’ management (such as Kish, Qeshm and free trade zones) to influential figures and individuals, it can finally put its opinion on the seat in any way possible and seize the power. Expectedly, seizing power is not for the sake of service, but rather, according to historical experiences, it is for plunder and profit. It has been well proven today that the nation is only a pawn in the hands of those who view social and state developments as a business, seeking to gain immense benefits for themselves and dozens of generations after them. Therefore:

Principle 1: The Transitional Council must be impartial, and none of its members shall be a candidate for the state office position, a claimant to govern the country, or a representative of a specific group or organization.

Also, the Transitional Council or the interim government or… needs to prepare the groundwork for holding elections in the shortest possible time so that there is not much opportunity for possible political manoeuvring by the council members. Therefore:

Principle 2: The Transitional Council will arrange, within a maximum period of three months, for general elections to be held to elect the country’s political system for a period of four years (because no generation is allowed to decide for future generations) according to the votes of the people.

Note-1: It follows on from (Principle-2) that lifelong and hereditary systems cannot be candidates for election because the rights of future generations will be cut off, and what happened in the previous two systems and brought us to the current situation will happen once again.

Note-2: Considering that the administration of the country is a 100% specialized matter to be administered and managed by experts in various fields, therefore, no kind of ideology will play a role in that, and the system of administration of the country will be secular. Therefore, the Transitional Council, the interim government or… will supervise this important subject.

Note-3: After the election, the Council of Jurists will be formed immediately and will draft the “Constitution” regarding the political system of the country’s administration elected in the referendum.

Note-4: Given the country’s poor record of leadership and the use of such titles, which causes individuals to develop delusions of godhood, pride, and ego upon attaining power, no one has the right to consider oneself a leader or so, claiming to lead this great nation (Because no elections have been held yet so that anyone may call themselves the leader, and even if elections are held, the era of leadership in this country will have ended, democracy will prevail, and experts in state administration will serve the nation) and deem the nation despised, humiliated, and slaves by defining for oneself the role of leader (although he will suffer the same fate as the predecessors ). All those eligible to serve the nation should know that they all are considered servants of the nation, based on their expertise employed by the nation to serve the people.

It should be noted: Those who do not have an expertise but have been activists or so, and whose good intentions are known to the people and are considered to be trusted by the nation, can play the role of the Transitional Council or “Transitional Congress” at this stage, in the Congress or the Council of Trustees of the Nation, as will be mentioned, and after that, they should be responsible for the “Supervision Congress” so that, under their supervision, a group of experts can serve the nation in various fields required for the administration of the country for a certain period of time.

To be continued…

Mohammad Ali Taheri
The Founder of Erfan Keyhani Halgheh School
Toronto, June 20, 2025 / Khordad 30, 1404

[467,478
242,244,424,423
post-23118","announcement","type-announcement","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-human-rights","category-novel-human-rights","tag-announcement","tag-human-rights","tag-the-transitional-council","tag---en
["GET
