روز جهانی عدالت اجتماعی، این روز بزرگ را به همه حق طلبان و همه پیشگامان و پیشاهنگان گسترش عدالت در همه جوامع بشری در سرتاسر جهان، بویژه هموطنان عزیزم، تبریک عرض میکنم. به آنان که برای برقراری عدالت اجتماعی با ظالمین و غارتگران پیکار میکنند، به آنها که با قلم، رهایی درد را به چشم جهانیان، پدیدار میکنند. به آنان که بی امان، در این رزم با خونشان، دمادم پیگیر و جانفشان، نوید رشد انسان را سر میدهند و…
عدالت اجتماعی یعنی برقراری حقوق برابر برای همه انسانها بطوریکه همگان بتوانند بدون هیچگونه تبعیضی از مزایای همه امکانات سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و بطور کلی همه داشته های مادی و معنوی هر جامعه که با ثروت ملی و اندیشه بشری ایجاد شده، برخوردار باشند و با رعایت حقوق بشر که حقوق همگان را در نظر دارد، بصورتی مسالمت آمیز امکان زندگی صلح آمیز برای همه فراهم باشد. اما عواملی این حق طبیعی و فطری را بر هم میزند. یکی از مهمترین و اصلی ترین این عوامل حکومت های مستبد است که هدفی بجز عارت و چپاول ثروت های مملکت را ندارد. در این رابطه برای اینکه کسی مانع این سرقت و مصادره نشود مجبور به اعمال خشونت و سرگرم کردن مردم به امور زاید و تشریفاتی و ایجاد جذبه برای خود و … میشود. بدیهی است که در هر عصر تیزهوشان به سرعت متوجه این موضوع شده و در صدد جلوگیری از غارت بیت المال میشوند که در اینصورت با دستگیری و شکنجه و … مواجه میشوند که نام سایر افرادی را که با آنها همفکر و همراه هستند را در بیاورند و آنها را از سر راه خود بردارند. در منیجه برای توجیه این اعمال مجبور به درست کردن برچسب هایی مانند خرابکار و اعتشاشگر و عوامل بیگانه و… میشوند تا مردم متوجه اصل ماجرا نشوند. از اینجاست که در جوامع بشری نقض عدالت اجتماعی رخ میدهد که در طول تاریخ به شکل های مختلفی در جریان بوده است.
بطور کلی، عدالت اجتماعی در برگیرنده معانی و مفاهیم متنوعی و گسترده ای است از جمله: اختصاص منصفانه منابع مادی و معنوی یک جامعه در خدمت آحاد آن جامعه و توزیع عادلانه سرمایه‌های ملی و فراهم کردن شرایط لازم برای آنکه آحاد مختلف ملت بتواند در «درآمد سرانه ملی» خود به تساوی بهره مند شوند. این موضوع مهم سهم بسزایی در ریشه کن شدن فقر، فساد، بیکاری، خودفروشی، بیسوادی، شغل های کاذب و… دارد. دسترسی به رفاه اجتماعی تا حداقل رسیدن به «بیمه ملی» که در نتیجه پیاده شدن آن، تاثیرات زیادی بر روی کاهش میزان آسیب های اجتماعی اعتیاد، طلاق، کودکان کار، بی خانمانی، کارتن خوابی و… خواهد داشت. تامین نیازهای اولیه انسانی میتواند عامل اقتصادی آسیب های اجتماعی را حذف نموده و بخش قابل توجهی از آمار آنرا که ناشی از فقر اقتصادی میباشد را کاهش دهد. زیرا بخشی از این آسیب ها، صرفا ناشی از فشارهای اقتصادی است که بواسطه اینکه آحاد مختلف جامعه از سهم خود از درآمد ملی نمیتوانند بهره ای داشته باشند، در نتیجه قادر به ایفای نقش موثر و سازنده ای در جامعه نمیشوند.
اما علت اینکه در ایران مردم همواره با نابرابری در عدالت اجتماعی مواجه بوده و بخش عمده ای از سهم درآمد ملی خود نصیبی ندارند، بطور عمده این است که به غیر از پیشینه تاریخی و ظلم و جورهای گذشته، سهم آنان در هفتاد هشتاد سال گذشته توسط دولتمردان به شکل ها و صورت های مختلفی مورد چپاول و غارت قرار گرفته است و در نتیجه بخش عمده ای از جامعه عملا نتوانسته از امکانات و ثروت های مادی و معنوی مملکت بهره ای داشته باشند.
از پیامدهای نبود عدالت اجتماعی در خلال این سالها، پیدایش پدیده منحوس«مناطق محروم و یا استان های محروم» است که یکی از نتایج آشکار چنین غارتی بوده است که شامل مناطق محروم شهری و زاغه نشینان و یا استان های حاشیه ای و مرز نشین میشود که به حال خود واگذاشته شده اند. در این مناطق نان آوران خانواده راهی بجز رو آوردن به مشاغل کاذب در پایتخت و یا رو آوردن به حرفه قاچاقچی گری، کول بری، قاچاق سوخت، قاچاق انسان و… برای سیر کردن شکم خانواده خود ندارند. هم اکنون نیز در نتیجه چنین غارتی، عده زیادی از آنها در زندان های ایران و کشورهای همجوار هستند که بازهم این موضوع علت مضاعفی برای روی آوردن خانواده های آنها به سوی فقر و فساد بوده است.
همچنین در نظام های سلطه گر و غارتگر رانت های اطلاعاتی که به دولتمردان و افراد مرتبط با نظام این امکان را میدهد تا با داشتن اطلاعات مربوط به طرح های عمرانی و… اقدام به بهره برداری های بکنند که سایر افراد چنین امکانی را ندارند. در نتیجه از این طریق ثروت های بادآورده ای را نصیب آنها میکند. برای مثال زمین هایی را که از قبل می دانستند در طرح های مختلف شهری و صنعتی و… قرار دارند با قیمتی خیلی ارزان خریداری و سپس با اجرای طرح به قیمت خیلی گزافی بفروش رساندند، یا با داشتن ارتباط با وزارتخانه های مختلف با اخذ مجوزهای گوناگون و گرفتن زمین صنعتی و امکانات جانبی آن اقدام به فروش آن واحدها و کسب سودهای کلان نموده اند. این موضوع در رابطه با وام های شهری و صنعتی و… یا در همه بخش های مختلف دیگر مملکت همواره در جریان بوده است. این موضوع به غیر از این است که سردمداران حکومتی همه صنایع و شاهرگ های اقتصادی و حیاتی مملکت را حداقل در شصت هفتاد سال گذشته همواره از طریق بنیاد‌های متعلق به خود در اختیار داشته و کلیه این درآمدها را نیز صاحب بوده و به نفع خود و جزء دارایی هایشان به کار گرفته و یا به خارج از کشور انتقال داده اند (لیست این بنیادها و عملکردهایشان موجود است).
در حقیقت یکی از دلایلی که باعث شد تا ملت شریف ایران به چنگ این دیکتاتوری بیفتد و مصیبت و سرطان مهلک حاضر گریبانگیرش شود و انقلاب مردم غیور ایران در سال 57 اتفاق بیفتد، عدم وجود عدالت اجتماعی در نظام سابق بود که موجب شد به غیر از موضوع قدرت و… شاهرگ‌های اقتصادی مملکت که صرفا متعلق به خانواده سلطنتی بودند(طبق اسناد و مدارک تاریخی موجود)، از خانواده هزار فامیل خارج بشود و به دست خانواده صد هزار فامیل فعلی بیفتد که به استناد اسناد و مدارک تاریخی ملت را فریب دادند و خدعه کردند و… سوار بر انقلاب مردم شدند. در حالیکه قرار بود در کناری بنشینند و مردم خودشان سیستم اداره مملکت را به میل خود انتخاب کنند و آنها اصلا مداخله نکنند. بدون برقراری عدالت اجتماعی ملت ایران باید همواره در حال انقلاب باشد و…

In the Name of God
World Day of Social Justice
Felicitations on this great day to all Human Rights defenders and the pioneers of the spread of justice in all human societies around the world, especially to my fellow countrymen. To those who fight for social justice against oppressors and looters, to those who draw the liberation of pain from their pens to the eyes of the world. To those who relentlessly stand in this battle, with their soul and their blood, to unceasingly sing out the prosperity of human being.
Social justice stands for the establishment of equal rights for all human beings so that everyone, without any discrimination, can benefit from all political, social, economic, cultural facilities and, in general, all the material and spiritual resources of any society based on national wealth and human thought, and [it means] providing the possibility of a peaceful life for all with respect to human rights that envisage the rights of all. However, there are factors that violate such natural and innate rights, one of the most important one being despotic governments that have no purpose other than looting and plundering the wealth of the country. Accordingly, they have to use violence and keep people busy with wasteful matters and ceremonial affairs and create euphoria for themselves so that nobody can stop them from plundering and looting. It is obvious that in every age there are smart minds that swiftly realize it and seek to prevent the looting of the national wealth and are consequently arrested and tortured to give out the names of other like-minded fellows so that [the government] can get them out of the way. Therefore, in order to justify such acts, they are being labeled as vandals, foreign agents etc. so that the people cannot figure out the true story. This is how violations of social justice have been taking place in human societies throughout history and in many ways.
In general, social justice embodies a wide variety of implications and concepts, including the fair allocation of material and spiritual resources of a society in the service of the people of that society and the equitable distribution of national capitals, and the provision of the necessary conditions for the diversity of the people to equally benefit from the gross national income. This important matter plays a significant role in eradicating poverty, corruption, unemployment, prostitution, illiteracy, illicit jobs, etc. Having access to social welfare with the minimum expectation of national insurance will leave a great impact on reducing the social harms of addiction, divorce, child labor, homelessness, etc. Providing basic human needs can eliminate the economic factor of social harm and reduce its statistics caused by poverty to a great extent. Social harms are partially due to economic pressures because diverse people of society cannot benefit from their share of national income as a result of which they are not capable of playing an effective and constructive role in society.
The reason that people in Iran have always faced inequality in social justice and a majority of them do not have a share of their national income, apart from historical background and past oppressions, is that their share has been plundered and looted by the authorities in various forms in the past seven or eight decades. As a result, the majority of society has not been able to take any advantage of the material and spiritual wealth of the country.
As a consequence of social injustice in the past years, the notorious phenomenon of “deprived areas or deprived provinces” has emerged, an obvious result of the looting that affects deprived urban areas, slums, marginal and border provinces that have been left alone. In these regions, the breadwinners of the family have no way other than turning to illicit jobs in the capital city or turning to smuggling professions such as cross-border laboring (Kolbar), fuel smuggling, human trafficking, etc. in order to feed their families. Currently, affected by looting, many of them are in prisons in Iran and neighboring countries, an additional reason that pushes their families to poverty and corruption.
Also, in the hegemonic and plundering systems, information rent-seeking allows statesmen and individuals related to the system to have access to the construction projects’ data and take advantages that are not accessible to other people. And it brings them windfall wealth. For instance, they already know about lands located in urban and industrial projects’ areas, so they can purchase those lands at a very cheap price and then sell them at a very high price after implementing the project. Or, by having connections with different ministries they manage to obtain various permits, buy industrial lands and their benefits, and sell those units and make huge profits. This also applies to urban and industrial loans and has been an ongoing issue in all parts of the country, aside from that governmental heads have always owned all the industries and vital economic arteries of the country through their own foundations for at least the past seventy years and have also possessed all related incomes that they have used or transferred abroad for their own benefit and as their assets (the list of these foundations and their functions is available).
In fact, one of the reasons that made the respectful nation of Iran fall into the grip of this dictatorship and its cancerous presence and caused the revolution of the brave Iranian people in 1979, was the lack of social justice in the former system apart from the issue of power. As a result, the economic arteries of the country, which belonged solely to the royal family (according to the existing historical documents), were cut off from the family of a thousand to fall into the hands of the current family of a hundred thousand who deceived the nation and take over the people’s revolution as historical evidence proves. Whereas they were supposed to back off and let the people themselves choose the system of the country’s governance according to their will, without any interventions.
Without the establishment of social justice, the Iranian nation must always be about making a revolution…
