موضوع: اصول پیشنهادی برای الحاق به اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر
اصل-1: نفی هرگونه بردگی و برده داری اعم از سنتی، سیاسی و مدرن
همه انسان ها از آزادی فطری و از استقلال وجودی برخوردارند و دارای شان و منزلت و کرامت انسانی هستند. از این نظر هیچ کسی بر دیگری رجحان و برتری ندارد. همچنین هیچ عامل دیگری نباید بر آزادی فطری انسان تاثیر منفی گذاشته و بردگی را به هر نحو و به هر شکلی به وی تحمیل نماید.
از اینرو، همه انسان ها حق دارند آزادی فطری و کرامت ذاتی خود را حفظ نموده و تحت هیچیک از انواع بردگی قرار نگیرند. در این رابطه سیاست و مدیریت کلان اداره ملل نباید به گونه ای باشد که انسان ها برای گذران زندگی مادی، عزت نفس خود را از دست داده و مجبور به زیر پاگذاشتن این کرامت و منزلت شوند.
بنابراین، ضمن مذموم دانستن نفس بردگی، هر عاملی را نیز که بخواهد انسان را به بردگی وادارد و یا در آینده به آن سوق دهد، اعم از عامل انسانی، عامل تکنولوژیکی و… مردود شناخته شده و لازم است تحت کنترل و نظارت محافل حقوق بشری قرار بگیرد و برای رفع و یا جلوگیری از رخداد آن همه سعی و تلاش خود را به کار گیرند.
در این راستا، همه انسان های آزاداندیش و گروه ها و محافل طرفدار آزادی و کرامت انسانی نیز شایسته است که برای آگاهی بخشی در این مورد نسبت به این حق مسلم انسان‌ها، همه توان خود را به کار گیرند.
از طرف دیگر، با توجه به اینکه در چند سال آینده انسان به دوران برده داری مدرن وارد شده و در این مرحله دیگر اسم و مشخصات افراد مهم نخواهد بود و صرفا تبدیل به یک اینترنشنال کد میشود و مانند یک شبه ربات و… در آن صورت دیگر چیزهایی مانند کارت شناسایی، سند مالکیت، پول اسکناس، کارت بانکی و… لازم نخواهد بود. همچنین در این رابطه زندگی خصوصی مفهوم خود را از دست می دهد و همه ابعاد مختلف زندگی انسان تحت شعاع هوش مصنوعی قرار خواهد گرفت و مالکیت و نحوه استفاده او از امکانات زندگی شخصی نیز تحت سیطره چنین هوشی قرار میگیرد. در نتیجه، اداره کنندگان این نوع تکنولوژی‌ها و… قادر خواهند بود سایرین را به عنوان نوعی برده در اختیار بگیرند. در این مورد هرگونه اعتراضی هم باعث حذف معترضین از شبکه مجازی زندگی خواهد شد که در اینصورت کد بین المللی آنها سوخته و در نتیجه از آن پس دیگر قادر به استفاده از هیچ امکانی نخواهند بود و دچار مرگ مجازی میشوند و…
بنابراین، لازم است از هم اکنون تدابیری اندیشه شود که چنین اتفاق وحشتناکی رخ ندهد و یا به هر نحوی تحت کنترل کمیساریای عالی حقوق بشر قرار بگیرد.

Proposed Principles for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Principle 1: Rejection of all slavery, whether traditional, political, or modern.
All human beings possess innate freedom, existential self-determination, human dignity, and respect. No one has any superiority over the other in this regard. Likewise, no other agents should have a negative effect on the innate freedom of humans or impose slavery on them by any means or manner.
Therefore, all human beings have the right to maintain their inherent freedom and dignity and not to be subjected to any kind of slavery. In this regard, the policies and administration of the nations should not coerce human beings into losing their self-esteem by violating their dignity in order to live a material life.
Therefore, all slavery is condemned, also any agents -human or technological- that may enslave humans or lead towards slavery in the future should be rejected, controlled, and monitored by human rights circles through making every effort to eliminate or prevent such occurrences.
Hereby, all free-thinkers, groups and circles who stand for freedom and human dignity are called upon to make their best efforts and raise awareness about that inalienable human right.
Given that in the next few years, humans will enter the modern slavery era, their names and identities will no longer matter as all will simply become an international code like a semi-robot, and in that case, ID cards, title deeds, money bills, bank cards, etc. will become dispensable. Also, private life loses its meaning, and all aspects of human life will be dominated by artificial intelligence, and any ownership and use of personal amenities will also be dominated by it. As a result, the managers of AI technologies will be able to take control of others as slaves. Any related protests will result in the protesters’ elimination from the virtual network with their international codes being burnt and they will consequently lose access to all amenities and suffer virtual deaths.
Therefore, measures must be taken from now on so that such heinous happening does not take place or to be kept under the control of the High Commissioner for Human Rights by any means necessary.
